Two Towns Cycle Route – Linking Shipston-on-Stour and Moreton-in-Marsh

This cycle routes links two attractive country towns with histories that date from Saxon times. Both towns have several attractive heritage buildings with a vibrant range independent businesses while the rolling countryside offers superb views of Warwickshire and the Cotswolds. Pass The Four Shire Stone, a boundary marker that marks the meeting point of counties. Mainly following rural roads with some hills, this can be taken as a leisurely cycle. Signed in both directions, except for the alternative return route signed towards Shipston. To full enjoy your tour allow between a half and a full day and stop to revitalise and refresh at one of the welcoming pubs, cafes and restaurants in the towns.
