Every Thursday at the Ellen Badger Hospital in Shipston

10am to 12pm

Complimentary Tea and Coffee along with a friendly face. Every week we have both the social prescriber from Shipston Medical Centre and a Counsellor from Mind who are on hand to assist with any health and wellbeing needs you may have.

1st Thursday – Tools and resources to help you get online. One of the staff will be able to run through the basics so if you have any digital questions, come along with your phone or tablet.

1st and 2nd Thursdays – We will be running cooking groups with Wendy. Improve your cooking skills and meet new people. Places are limited so it will be on a first come first served basis.

3rd Thursdays – There will be a Frailty Nurse joining us every month from Shipston Medical Centre. She will be running a drop in clinic and will be on hand to help with any health and mobility issues you have.

4th Thursdays – Shipston Home Nursing staff will come and offer bereavement support along with a warm bowl of soup and a friendly atmosphere.
