Little Bird Herbals
Little Bird Soaps is the home of consulting Medical Herbalist, Katie Beswick MNIMH (member of The National Institute of Medical Herbalists). She runs a busy herbal clinic by appointment Mon-Wed. Katie is also passionate about encouraging people to bring herbs into their lives and provides education by hosting foraging walks, kitchen medicine making workshops and talks with her membership groups “Friends of the Weeds” and “The Nettle Collective” and by private bookings. Thurs – Sat her shop is open to the public and becomes a welcoming community hub. Katie sells handcrafted wares, ethically sourced, locally made (where possible) and always joyfully colourful and practical. Products include Katie’s range of natural skincare and handmade soaps and her much loved bespoke herbal tea blends. Products are rotated regularly so it’s worth popping in to see what’s on offer and come for a chat.
