10am – 12pm at The Ellen Badger Community Hub, Shipston on Stour.

Following on from the success of the Thursday Warm Hub, we have launched a second day. Every Monday, complimentary tea and coffee with a friendly face.

Seated exercise class- We run a seated exercise class each week to help maintain movement and mobility. There are two sessions- 10.30- 11.15 or 11.30-12.15. Please contact us to book.
