A time to be still, relax, meet with others

An opportunity to take some time to be still, contemplate and connect, in a calm, peaceful setting.

We will meet together for refreshments, ponder a poem or a piece of art or music with (optional) sharing of thoughts/reflections and perhaps a short meditation

There is no charge (donations welcome)

Taking place on the 4th Friday of each month, starting in April

From 10:30am – 12pm at Greystones on the Stratford Road

Anyone of any faith welcome.

Places on a first come, first served basis.
